This is a painting I just finished for all the avid deer hunters out there. You know who you are and you know this picture, its the scene you can't ever get out of your mind.You have been out hunting all day and are just about to call it quits when you see the one that you wait all your life to see. The king in front of his castle, staring right back at you. In a second he was there and just as fast he disappears back into his castle. Now you get the essence of this painting and the reason it is titled "A King Leaving His Castle". This JPEG Image to the right does not due justice to the colors of the original but at least you will get an idea of what it looks like.
